Women’s Ministry
Every other Tuesday women gather to sharpen one another as iron sharpens iron, Proverbs 27:17
The goal is to grow in relationship with Jesus, each other and the Body.
The Bible is our handbook, it is our manual. Studying the scripture is fundamental to our relationships with the Lord and each other, and is encouraged within our lives and fellowship.
Deep and meaningful friendships are being built that offer support and inspiration. Women are beautiful participants in "The Story" of God's family. Each one is gifted and the Body needs her presence!
All women are welcome and invited to partake and receive in what God is doing at THE PLACE.
Men's Ministry
Our men's group at The Place Church is dedicated to creating a community of brothers who prioritize intimacy with Jesus Christ above all else. In today's fast-paced and often isolating world filled with distractions and demands, we recognize the importance of building a deep, personal relationship with our Lord and Savior. As men, we are called to lead, protect, and provide both physically and spiritually. Our goal is to equip men to be godly, servant hearted leaders in their families, workplaces, and communities. We believe that the foundation for this leadership must be rooted in Christ.
As we recognize our need for Christ, Galatians 6:2 reminds us we are called to "carry each other's burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ." Through regular fellowship, prayer, and study of the Word, we aim to support and uplift one another in our individual walks with Jesus Christ. We strive to create a space where men can be vulnerable, honest, and open about their struggles and triumphs, knowing that we are all imperfect but loved by a perfect God
Youth Ministry
In Foundations Youth Ministry, our mission is to build a youth ministry that is founded on Jesus Christ as the cornerstone as is written in 1 Corinthians 3:11. By cultivating an intimate relationship with Him, we seek to abide in His love and grow in the knowledge of His Word. With Jesus as our guide and teacher, our ultimate goal is to make his name known and to equip young people to follow him all the days of their lives. We strive to create a community that is passionate about learning the Bible and discovering the depths of who Jesus is, so we can better understand and imitate him. May our youth ministry be a reflection of Christ's love and grace, and a beacon of hope for all who seek to draw near to Him.
Children's Ministry
The kids ministry is a place where kids can learn about Jesus. We believe that kids are important to Jesus and believe God's word where he says in Proverbs 22:6, “train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” It is all about Jesus when we worship, when we teach, and how we live our everyday lives.
DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRY
Tim Kilkenny is the discussion leader of a group of believers that meet together to learn important basics about our walk “in” Christ. Each participant is encouraged to share testimonies and insights dropped in their hearts by God which are designed to be shared with the body of Christ.
This is a time to grow together “in” Christ.
1 Cor 14:26
"So what is to be done, brothers? When you assemble, each one has a psalm, another an instruction, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Everything should be done for building up."
